Quiet desk fume extractor with speed control – stands upright or lies flat
The LXZ-400 is the small, quiet option when you solder for hours at a desk. Its 7-blade fan draws the smoke from the iron tip into a thick activated-carbon pad that is easy to slide out and replace; speed is adjusted on the unit so you can turn it down for fine work. The housing is anti-static (ESD-safe) and has two feet positions – vertical, like a small monitor behind the board, or horizontal for a low intake close to the work. Size ≈ 193 × 137 mm, ≈ 213 mm tall. The unit is sold without a power supply: use a DC adapter with a 5.5 × 2.5 mm barrel plug (a speed-adjustable supply works best). Spare carbon pads are available on request.
