About

The D1 Mini packs a full ESP8266 Wi-Fi microcontroller into a board smaller than a matchbox. It has 11 digital I/O pins (all supporting interrupt, PWM and I2C except D0), one analog input, and a USB port with an on-board USB-serial converter, so no extra programmer is needed. The board runs at 80 MHz with 4 MB of flash and connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) with the on-board PCB antenna. It is compatible with the Arduino IDE, MicroPython, ESPHome and PlatformIO, and the huge D1 Mini ecosystem of stackable shields (relays, displays, sensors, battery). Power it from USB or feed 5 V / 3.3 V directly to the pins.
